Epic’s Halloween Fortography challenge seeks videos instead of images
Epic has announced the next fortographic challenge, which is looking for frightening content and spooky themed from the Fortnite’s Fortnitemares 2021 event this time.
The previous Fortography challenge was looking for a Fortnite screenshot in a revolving game around a particular theme. However, this time, Epik asked the player to hand over their best videos than the image, which spun around the newly launched Halloween theme.
Epic said that he wanted “cold creations” from Fortnite players; Content will still be distributed on social media accounts, but this time the player will share content using #videofortography tags so companies can find posts. Submission is needed on October 15 at midnight East time.
To make everything easier, Epic says that players can upload their videos to YouTube and then share the link to the content in the tweet that displays the tag. Or, the video can be uploaded to YouTube and then distributed to Popular Subreddit / R / Fortnitebr with “Fortography Video” talent.
There are certain rules associated with challenges, including no epic display name that can also be able to display third-party IP. In addition, other licensed content such as licensed audio cannot be displayed in videos. Head to the Epic Fortnite website for a complete list of rules.
